There were central heating, multi-channel television, and a microwave oven in the room, loved that. The breakfast we had was perfect and hot.

It was in a great and decent location so close to the main Banff Avenue, the center of Banff and the shops and restaurants. The staff was courteous, offered us wake up service and ironing free of charge.  

The setting is convenient and decent, close enough to downtown, which was great, mountains and the shops, very nice area. Staff is well-trained and you can park your car onsite. The rooms are tastefully decorated and the 

Convenient location a 10-15 minute walk from a key gallery. Based close enough to a single restaurant, the center of Banff and the shops, centre, train station.

It was modern, spotless and with a balcony. A chair, comfortable chais, and a balcony were useful.

The property was pretty. The continental breakfast was great with a wide array of items to choose from.

Had a comfortable stay for 2 nights. We had an exceptionally good breakfast with orange and an included item, as for instance included.

The room we had included multi-channel TV, a coffeemaker and a seating area. The location was marvellous and amazing there, in the shared dining area. A huge variety of restaurants to eat close by, like El Toro Restaurant 

I really enjoyed convenient and decent location, right by the center of Banff as well as a single restaurant in the city.

I got a pet-friendly and extremely spacious room with all the amenities. I truly enjoyed hotel's marvellous location and incredibly nice staff. I tried some drinks at bar Chili's Grill and Bar, located 5 minutes walk away. I had a really great time at this 

Had a very comfortable stay for 2 nights, and would stay here again. Banff Rotary Park was a 4-6 minute walk from the hotel, appreciated its location close to downtown. Besides, it was near to center of town, a gas station convenience store 

The king room with a view had all necessary amenities. The staff was courteous - we would go back in flash.

Fairly quiet and cosy units with comfortable beds, a `` balcony '', for instance, welcoming employees. Marvellous and decent location for Banff, just off the shops and restaurants, centre, and downtown Banff pedestrian 

The location to a single restaurant in the city that has delivery was good.

The breakfast was particularly good and included. We got room with cozy decor and a nice bathroom to relax. The hotel's location was marvellous, close enough to center and local bus stop and which was great.
